Atipa Technologies Joins Bright Reseller Program

Today Bright Computing announced that Atipa Technologies has become the latest company to join the Bright Computing Partner Program, as an Advanced Reseller. “Through our partnership with Bright Computing, we will incorporate Bright’s industry-leading cluster management technology into our HPC solutions so that our customers who are less familiar with the Linux command line or who do not have the financial resources to hire an experienced Linux sysadmin can dive in and start using the cluster on day one.”

Bright Computing adds more than 100 new customers In 2019

Commercial enterprises, research universities and government agencies are turning to Bright Cluster Manager to reduce complexity and increase flexibility of their high-performance clusters. Along these lines, the company just announced the addition of more than 100 organizations to its client list in 2019, including AMD, Caterpillar, GlaxoSmithKline, Saab, Northrop Grumman, Trek Bicycles, Samsung, General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin and BAE, as well as 19 government agencies and 28 leading universities.

Bright Reseller Raid Media Systems Targets German Supercomputing Market

Raid Media Systems has become the latest partner to sign up to the Bright Computing Reseller Program. As a reseller, Raid Media Systems has chosen to partner with Bright Computing in order to provide its customers with an easy to use cluster management solution. The Reseller anticipates that Bright technology will allow its staff to spend less time on cluster management tasks and more time focusing on improving application performance and cluster utilization for its customers. “We are happy to partner with Bright to offer industry-proven cluster management software to our customer base,” said Daniel Vogel, Systems Engineer at Raid Media Systems. “This ensures that our customers get the very best solutions for their needs.”

Bright Cluster Manager Prepares for Exascale at SC18


Bright’s exascale-capable version of Bright Cluster Manager is designed to support 100,000+ nodes. The company began delivering enhancements towards exascale in 2016 with features such as dedicated provisioning nodes, and a new monitoring subsystem designed for extreme scale. Current development work includes dedicated monitoring nodes, hierarchical object rendering in the Bright UI, optimized API communication patterns, and exascale simulation testing.”
